Beschreibung
The Federal Republic of Germany is interested in strengthening the multilateral relations of Germany and Europe with Southeast Asia in numerous fields, including the circular economy. Scientific cooperations make an important contribution to this.
The purpose of the funding guideline is to promote the joint processing of research questions with a focus on the circular economy. This includes both measures for research cooperation and measures for networking and scientific exchange. Multilateral and at the same time bi-regional research associations are supported.
Universities, non-university research institutions, companies in the commercial sector and other institutions that make research contributions are eligible to apply.
Universities, non-university research institutions, commercial enterprises and other institutions that contribute to research are eligible to apply.
At the time of payment of a grant, the existence of a permanent establishment or branch office (company) or another institution that serves the non-economic activity of the grant recipient (higher education institution, research institutions and other institutions that make research contributions) in Germany is required.
Research institutions that receive basic funding from the federal and/or state governments can only receive project funding for their additional project-related expenses or costs in addition to their institutional funding under certain conditions.
