2024 — Fresh Ideas in Nutrition
In 2024, the launch of the innovation network “Food & Nutrition – Innovationen für eine nachhaltige Lebensmittelkette”, funded by the BMWK through its ZIM program, marked a strong new impulse for sustainable food innovation.
The focus lies on novel food and feed concepts based on alternative proteins, functional ingredients, and the use of industrial side streams – aiming to reduce environmental impacts and offer high-quality alternatives.
Together with a strong network of partners from research and industry, we are advancing solutions for resource-efficient and future-oriented nutrition.
