A spe­cial, solvent-free UV pro­duc­tion tech­nique was developed for man­u­fac­tur­ing the films. With a high-per­form­ance machine park that includes 3 coat­ing lines and sev­er­al rewind­ing, die-cut­ting and slit­ting lines, the com­pany can respond quickly and flex­ibly to cus­tom­er requirements.

The company’s heart is the pos­sib­il­ity of in-house adhes­ive poly­mer­iz­a­tion and the asso­ci­ated pos­sib­il­ity of devel­op­ing optim­ized adhes­ive tape sys­tems entirely accord­ing to cus­tom­er requirements.

A com­pre­hens­ive raw mater­i­al and for­mu­la­tion data­base, our own devel­op­ment labor­at­ory with the pos­sib­il­ity of run­ning samples and small batches on labor­at­ory or pilot plants facil­it­ate the applic­a­tion engin­eers to work optim­ally with the customer.
