GE Health­care is one of the lead­ing pro­viders of med­ic­al tech­no­logy solu­tions and ser­vices in Ger­many. At the same time, it is the only com­pany that com­bines the areas of dia­gnost­ic ima­ging sys­tems, drug research and devel­op­ment, and con­trast media under one roof.

GE Health­care is rep­res­en­ted across Ger­many with approx­im­ately 1800 employ­ees at a total of 11 loc­a­tions. The com­pany’s for­tunes are man­aged cent­rally from the Munich Cus­tom­er Cen­ter. In addi­tion to pure sales and mar­ket­ing loc­a­tions, GE Health­care also oper­ates pro­duc­tion and devel­op­ment sites in Ger­many in the areas of life sci­ences, med­ic­al dia­gnostics, dia­gnost­ic car­di­ology, health­care IT solu­tions and C‑arm X‑ray sys­tems. There is also close cooper­a­tion with the GE Glob­al Research Cen­ter Europe in Garch­ing, near Munich, where med­ic­al tech­no­logy is one of the main areas of research.
