Degrad­a­tion of undesir­able sub­stances: With the coalsi® product range, we offer solu­tions for odor reduc­tion. This is achieved by means of high-qual­ity, activ­ated car­bon mats to which harm­ful and odor-degrad­ing microor­gan­isms are applied in an innov­at­ive fer­ment­a­tion pro­cess. This hybrid tech­no­logy developed by ino­cre, com­bined with high-qual­ity and easy-to-handle com­pon­ents, ensures an effi­cient effect that goes bey­ond the known physical/​chemical prop­er­ties of activ­ated carbon.

Recov­ery of valu­able mater­i­als: An eco­nom­ic­al and pat­en­ted pro­cess enables the select­ive recov­ery of phos­phate with sim­ul­tan­eous deple­tion of heavy metals (e.g., from sewage sludge ash). The use of ener­get­ic­ally usable waste (e.g., lactose con­cen­trates from sweet or sour whey) for bio­fuel pro­duc­tion is pur­sued by an integ­rated dis­pos­al and energy concept.

Ser­vice: In the bio­gas pilot plant, we offer stand­ard­ized batch fer­ment­a­tion tests to determ­ine the degrad­a­tion kin­et­ics as well as tests to ascer­tain the poten­tial meth­ane yield and con­tinu­ous flow tests to define the max­im­um space load. We offer con­tract fer­ment­a­tions of any kind and sup­port cus­tom­ers on the tasks at hand. To pro­duce bac­teria, yeasts or fungi on a tech­nic­al scale, a scale-up as well as an optim­iz­a­tion of the fer­ment­a­tion pro­cess are car­ried out.
