CABB is a glob­al fine chem­ic­al com­pany based in Sulzbach am Taun­us, but with five pro­duc­tion sites in four coun­tries. CABB dis­trib­utes port­fo­lio products on the basis of our core tech­no­lo­gies and offers cus­tom­ized syn­thes­is for tailored products. 

At the company’s site in Prat­teln, Switzer­land, CABB oper­ates a com­pound sys­tem in which the core tech­no­lo­gies chlor­in­a­tion and sulf­on­a­tion are con­duc­ted in envir­on­ment­ally and resource-friendly man­ner. In par­tic­u­lar, the avail­ab­il­ity of sul­fur tri­ox­ide for the pro­duc­tion of sulf­on­ated or sulfated fine chem­ic­als makes indir­ect pro­cesses obsolete.

At the Ger­sthofen site, CABB pro­duces fine and spe­cialty chem­ic­al products based on renew­able raw mater­i­als, start­ing from pinene or camphene.
