The Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant is a flex­ible and diver­si­fied pilot plant offer­ing sup­port in devel­op­ment, optim­iz­a­tion and scale-up of new biopro­cesses, and cus­tom man­u­fac­tur­ing of bio-based products at a kilo­gram to multi ton scale. The pilot plant is equipped to eval­u­ate and val­or­ize every aspect of the biopro­cess in a single loc­a­tion; from the bio­mass green resource up to the final product with state of the art equip­ment to per­form bio­mass pre­treat­ment, biocon­ver­sion, fer­ment­a­tion, up- and down­stream pro­cessing and green chem­istry.
