ISOB — In silico Indentification and Optimization Platform for Biologics
Intention: The consortium, led by NanoTemper, develops an “in silico optimization platform” to advance better agents more economically. Its main innovation is a machine learning module with new kinds of algorithms, embedded in a user-friendly “in-the-cloud-software”. The module allows not only the very first identification but also the in silico forecast of optimized biological lead structures derived from digitalized bio-physical experiments. To enable forecasts on biomolecules, an interface combines biophysical data from measurement tools with digital data in a joint cloud database.
