ISOB — In silico Inden­ti­fic­a­tion and Optim­iz­a­tion Plat­form for Biologics

Inten­tion:
The con­sor­ti­um, led by Nan­oTem­per, devel­ops an ​“in silico optim­iz­a­tion plat­form” to advance bet­ter agents more eco­nom­ic­ally. Its main innov­a­tion is a machine learn­ing mod­ule with new kinds of algorithms, embed­ded in a user-friendly ​“in-the-cloud-soft­ware”. The mod­ule allows not only the very first iden­ti­fic­a­tion but also the in silico fore­cast of optim­ized bio­lo­gic­al lead struc­tures derived from digit­al­ized bio-phys­ic­al exper­i­ments. To enable fore­casts on bio­molecules, an inter­face com­bines bio­phys­ic­al data from meas­ure­ment tools with digit­al data in a joint cloud database.
