Denk Ingredi­ents GmbH (Denk Fein­chemie GmbH) was foun­ded in 1986 as a com­pany of the Mer­ck Group, Darm­stadt. In 1990, the com­pany became an inde­pend­ent fam­ily busi­ness through a man­age­ment buy-out by Mr. Stephan Huber Sr. At the turn of the year 2009/2010, Mr. Stephan Huber Jr. took over the man­age­ment of the fam­ily-owned com­pany. Under the umbrella brand Denk, the com­pan­ies Denk Ingredi­ents GmbH and Denk Pharma GmbH & Co. KG are united.

Denk Ingredi­ents GmbH, as a link between the raw mater­i­als industry and the pro­cessing industry, has rep­res­en­ted well-known inter­na­tion­al man­u­fac­tur­ers of func­tion­al raw mater­i­als for more than 25 years. These ingredi­ents are sold to man­u­fac­tur­ers in the food sup­ple­ment, food, phar­ma­ceut­ic­al and cos­met­ics industries.
