SURF­BIO Innov­a­tion Hub for Sur­face and Col­loid Bio­logy Research

In this event, you will get the chance to explore the concept of LEGO microbes that could essen­tially unlock vari­ous util­isa­tion, such as bio­de­grad­a­tion, biore­medi­ation, food pro­duc­tion and safety, anti­mi­cro­bi­al activ­ity, and sensor tech­no­lo­gies, to name but five.

This event is in a hybrid format, the ven­ue is loc­ated at the Jožef Stefan Insti­tute (JSI), a lead­ing sci­entif­ic research insti­tute in Slov­e­nia. From there, it ded­ic­ated to cre­at­ing an innov­a­tion hub to study the sur­face of microbes.
