Since the first event in 2017, PROTEINA has offered a broad network of all key players from industry and research. The aim is to discuss current developments and engage in a joint exchange on the potential for the sustainable use of innovative alternative proteins.
As the organizer, PPM relies on a strong alliance of regional start-ups, medium-sized companies and research institutions. They come from sectors such as the food industry or agriculture and work together with global players and authorities to promote investment and innovation.
The PROTEINA conference is an event organized by the association PILOTPFLANZENÖLTECHNOLOGIEMAGDEBURG e. V. (PPM).
