Munich Uni­ver­sity of Applied Sci­ences is Bav­ari­a’s largest uni­ver­sity of applied sci­ences and the second largest in Ger­many. Loc­ated in the heart of one of Europe’s great high-tech and busi­ness met­ro­pol­ises, we are com­mit­ted to a con­sist­ent focus on prac­tice — in teach­ing and research. The amount of third-party funds raised annu­ally has increased ten­fold since 2002. We have earned an excel­lent repu­ta­tion in applied research and devel­op­ment: Innov­a­tions are developed in cooper­a­tion with industry so that they can be ideally imple­men­ted in com­pan­ies. From loc­al to inter­na­tion­al, Munich Uni­ver­sity of Applied Sci­ences is excel­lently net­worked. Our part­ners include high-per­form­ance small and medi­um-sized com­pan­ies from the region as well as inter­na­tion­ally act­ive glob­al play­ers. We also cooper­ate with oth­er uni­ver­sit­ies on a Ger­man and inter­na­tion­al level in a vari­ety of ways — from the UAS7 and EUA uni­ver­sity net­works to around 250 indi­vidu­al col­lab­or­a­tions with uni­ver­sit­ies from all over the world.
