“Shaping a sustainable future: a Partnership of Academia, Industry and Society”. ECCE9&ECAB2 will bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, policymakers, industrial professionals & managers, entrepreneurs and students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, innovations, and research results about all aspects of Chemical Engineering, Applied Biotechnology and Process Intensification. ECCE9&ECAB2 offers a diverse and engaging 5‑day programme for all target groups creating a forum to discuss new ideas, address practical challenges, find solutions, and allow new partnerships to flourish. Programme
The European Congress, ECCE9/ECAB2 promises to be an inspiring 5‑day event with something for everyone. The focus will be on offering a high quality scientific programme supplemented by practical activities on innovation. After the Royal opening on Sunday evening, the rich 4‑day programme runs from Monday to Thursday. The congress will end on Thursday evening around 18.00h. In total there will be 4 plenary lectures, 24 keynote lectures, 432 scientific orals, 24 innovation case studies, a hi-tech market, a job market and a presentation of some 1,000 posters. Each day will feature an innovation track and a workshop track. For SMEs and start-ups, we offer 60-second-pitches after the keynote lectures. The scientific orals will comprise the very best abstracts submitted! To conclude the congress, we have arranged excursions to chemical and applied biotechnology companies in the region, such as AkzoNobel, Fluor and the Port of Rotterdam.
