IBB Netzwerk GmbH initiated or played a major role in the formation of a number of R&D project consortia with specialized content and specific objective. Thus, the IBB network now represents a kind of superstructure, composed of partners who are working on one or several projects in the field of Industrial Biotechnology/Bio-economy or have the intention to develop such projects. From a certain number of partners involved in a project (ca. 10), especially if there is a common thematic focus manifesting in several related but separate subprojects, we speak of "sub-networks", which are managed by the IBB Netzwerk GmbH.
For this reason, we establish the menu item "sub-networks". In it you will find information about the projects, the objectives and the partners. In addition to the informative part, a member area will be established in each sub-network, where, for example, minutes and other documents will be available for the involved partners.
The first "sub-network" is probably the "Cluster IBP" with its nine individual projects (more coming soon). Another example is the commissioning of IBB Netzwerk GmbH by 10 SMEs, to represent them in the private part "BIC" of the public-private partnership "BRIDGE" in the next european Framework Programme for Research "Horizon 2020" (more at "BRIDGE and BIC").
